    An English-language kindergarten in Olari

Honey Monsters Olari is a family-owned English language immersion kindergarten in Olari, Espoo. Our kindergarten has 35 places, and the children are divided into small groups by age.

Our kindergarten in Olari has been the choice of many Espoo families since 1993. We combine the immersion method (Early Total Immersion), skilled and long-serving staff, and values that emphasise social skills, emotional skills and a sense of humour.

English language immersion as a natural part of everyday life

At our Olari kindergarten we use the immersion method (Early Total Immersion), in which your child learns English naturally as part of daily activities. English is not a school subject but a means of communication – just like a mother tongue. Our skilled English- and Finnish-speaking educators create an environment where children absorb the language effortlessly through play, songs, games and everyday situations.

Families where English is one of the home languages

Honey Monsters can also suit families where English is one of the home languages, as long as the child speaks Finnish and can take part in a Finnish-speaking peer group. The same approach applies at both of our kindergartens. In the Pikkuiset group for 2-year-olds in Keski-Espoo, the language of activities is Finnish, and full immersion begins at the age of three.
